My mother needs cataract surgery and she does not have insurance. What can she do? - cataract surgeons

The hospital will receive his $ 3750 advance, and the surgeon in the amount of U.S. $ 850 As far as she knows she can not receive state support due to the fact that only on the limits to qualify. Suggestions would be very useful and very appreciated.

I agree that Monica could be more constructive in their response. It would be difficult to access for each $ 4600 in this economy.

Where's your mother? The reason I ask is that the hospital is used nearly three times the load in hospital and surgery center. I must say that your doctor has set a very competitive price. Yet in my area, the actual rate of cataract surgery, including surgery center fees, anesthesiologist fees, and the surgeon's fees in the range of 3,500-4,200 with a standard IOL.
