I had both hips replaced in separate housing. I had a swollen leg and ankle after the first operation, which lasted two weeks until the solution, after a second. The swelling is probably do to the fact that do not move much. Avoid prolonged sitting with his feet on the ground to help if possible. Get up and go frequently. Move as much as possible. If the leg is swollen and hot, call your doctor. If you have a nurse in those days, it's home to visit the report itself, the next time.
I had no pain after surgery, second, and I write at least partly to the fact that I had lied and the whole day and do everything possible - including the fixing of food and do laundry. I had to do fear the wrong thing for the first operation, and probably never moved. Not so after the operation, No. 2

They do not know how long since his Op. Sometimes it takes a while for the bruising "outside". You may have been walking a lot. Do you have an adequate physical therapy? Ask your therapist. Since the surgery is highly invasive, it can sometimes to the bloodstream and can the swelling that half will require elastic. Much depends on your age and activity. Keep the exercises are quick, but gradually with the foot.

Foot and leg should not be inflated, you can have a clot. Will go to a doctor and extracts, prevention is better than cure.
